Warranty and Return Policy Warranty: Six months from date of order manufacturer's warranty on defective players. We will replace defective DION units only. All MPIO units will be directed to the manufacturer. Please include a description of the defect and the order number with the returned player. Return: Within 30 days from date of order, you can return the unit in the original box with all the original accessories. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
